In an endeavor to increase focus on analysis and consultancy, Synovate Denmark has decided to outsource their telephone interviews, face to face interviews and recruitment for focus groups. Norstat will be the new supplier of these interviews. Starting in Q1 2010, Norstat will gradually take over all data collection, of these methods, for Synovate Denmark.
 
This move enables Synovate to place their focus on what they want to be best at - helping their customers in making the correct decisions.
