CATI calls are done via Norstat’s Estonian and Latvian offices using native Russian speakers. Baltic Norstat offices have always had a high number of native Russian interviewers due to the countries being bilingual.
 
Both CATI B2C and B2B are offered. In case of B2C you should consider that countrywide representative CATI is not possible in Russia. It is standard to do representative CATI for largest cities.
